Hurricane’s Long Fed Beef
From paddock to plate working together with farmers we have developed a long fed program which feeds the cattle over 400 days on grain and in a stress free environment. All our efforts culminate with a finished product that is the highest standard in quality and taste.
Wagyu Beef
Tender, extremely juicy, rich textures with plenty of flavour and pleasant lasting taste on the palate. Extraordinary beef. Cooked to perfection with sea salt cracked pepper.
Dry Aged
Dry aged beef is the oldest method of aging meat. Selected cuts of meat have been dry aged for a minimum of 21 days, giving the meat a nutty sweet and very flavourful taste.
